The Tui Suite has extensive views down the valley towards the Nevis with an ever-changing vista as the days or seasons roll. A very warm welcome, a super comfortable queen bed and a hearty breakfast awaits.

Recently built, Bannockburn House features beams of a bygone era from historic Southland. Designed and crafted to the highest of specifications, your stay at Bannockburn House will leave you relaxed and refreshed yet in touch with the wider world if you desire.

Tui Suite guests will enjoy a gourmet tea and coffee bar where you'll find a range of loose leaf On Sunday teas, a Nespresso machine, complimentary soft drink bar & range of treats, often home baked, for your enjoyment.  The skylight in your room affords excellent star gazing at night from the comfort of your bed and allows you to wake naturally.  There is the option to close the blinds if you would prefer. 

This is an adults-only sanctuary and all facilities and grounds are entirely smoke free.

We are proud to stock luxury Ashley & Co products in our bathrooms and The Hotel Sheet linen in our guest bedrooms.

The Cottage is the perfect place to be based while exploring Bannockburn, Cromwell, Wanaka, Queenstown and Clyde.  We are so lucky to have award winning wineries, multiple mountain biking and walking trails, all not far from our back door step.  In winter, there are four ski fields within an hour's drive.

Dining Options: We recommend visiting the Bannockburn Hotel just 700m away to sample their delicious sharing and small plates menu, extensive wine list and superb hospitality. 

If you'd prefer not to venture out we have a private chef option where hot or cold meals or platters can be delivered for you to enjoy in the cottage.  This is a pre-booked service, please ask if you would like more details.  Minimum three days notice required.
