Our Cottage is designed for a relaxed holiday in a home-away-from-home atmosphere. Enjoy a spacious living area, private courtyard and outdoor BBQ area.  The cottage has one Queen bedroom and a separate room perfect for reading in the afternoon sun, yoga or meditation.

The Cottage will be stocked with delicious continental breakfast provisions for you to enjoy at your leisure.  Coffee pods and loose leaf On Sundays artisan teas are also included.  A short a la carte menu is also available on a daily basis.  Most dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice. 

Fully equipped with an electric jug, toaster, Nespresso machine, dish drawer, crockery and glass-wear and you'll have exclusive access to an outdoor BBQ in a private courtyard garden.  Although the cottage does not have full kitchen facilities there are excellent dining options available locally and a little further afield.  We're happy to help recommend and make reservations on your behalf for you. 

Wifi access and a library of DVD and blu-ray discs are for screen entertainment are provided. A laundry including washing machine, dryer, hanging rack and access to an outdoor washing line is all available for use during your stay. All facilities and grounds are entirely smoke free.

We are proud to stock luxury Ashley & Co products in our bathrooms and The Hotel Sheet linen in our guest bedrooms.

The Cottage is the perfect place to be based while exploring Bannockburn, Cromwell, Wanaka, Queenstown and Clyde.  We are so lucky to have award winning wineries, multiple mountain biking and walking trails, all on our back door step.  In winter, there are four ski fields within an hour's drive.

Dining Options: We recommend visiting the Bannockburn Hotel just 700m away to sample their delicious sharing and small plates menu, extensive wine list and superb hospitality. 

If you'd prefer not to venture out we have a private chef option where hot or cold meals or platters can be delivered for you to enjoy in the cottage.  This is a pre-booked service, please ask if you would like more details.  Minimum three days notice required.
